Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule or cancel fittings up to one month before your wedding date. Please ensure at least two weeks between fittings. To reschedule a fitting within four weeks of your wedding date, please email us at elebridal@gmail.com. Please get in touch with our seamstress directly if you need to reschedule 48–24 hours before your fitting. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your fitting may incur a $50 fee.
