Reah @ Ele Bridal is simply amazing! She is very warm and kind. I had asked her to quote on a wedding dress alteration roughly one month before my big day. She had no problem accommodating me and quoting a price with the information I initially provided her.
After meeting with her for the first time, I realized there was a little more work that needed to be done on the dress than I anticipated. However, Reah was nice enough to stick to the original price she had quoted.
About a week before the big day, I contacted Reah once again because I had found a 2nd wedding dress I wanted to wear that also required alterations. She kindly accepted and did the work within a week.
Essentially, she altered two wedding dresses for me in record time and at a very fair price. What a life saver!
